We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our client’s team in Windsor, ON. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls or take detailed messages.
  • Redirect calls as appropriate and ensure clear, concise message-taking.
  • Manage internal mail distribution.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with scheduling.
  • Maintain and update phone and distribution lists.
  • Keep the reception area clean, safe, and well-organized.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Previous reception or administrative experience is an asset.
  • Professional and polished telephone manner.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Pay: CA$19.00-CA$21.00 per hour
