We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our client’s team in Windsor, ON. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls or take detailed messages.
- Redirect calls as appropriate and ensure clear, concise message-taking.
- Manage internal mail distribution.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with scheduling.
- Maintain and update phone and distribution lists.
- Keep the reception area clean, safe, and well-organized.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Previous reception or administrative experience is an asset.
- Professional and polished telephone manner.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
