ProStaff is currently hiring full-time Production Associates for our valued client, a leading manufacturer with multiple locations across Windsor. These positions offer the potential for permanent hire based on performance and business needs.
Available Shifts:
- Days/Afternoons Rotation
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards
- Assist with assembly, packaging, and inspection of products
- Monitor the production line to ensure all products meet quality specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Promptly report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team environment
- Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working rotating shifts (days/afternoons) or steady midnight shifts
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required
- CSA-approved safety shoes required
- Accessible by public transportation or company-provided transport options available
