We are currently recruiting a Kitchen Manager for our client in Windsor, ON. This is a full-time permanent position.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and assembly of dishes.
  • Manage kitchen staff, assisting with training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality and efficiency in food preparation and service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cleanliness protocols.
  • Work closely with the General Manager and Bar Manager to develop and update menu offerings, specials, and promotions.
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and facilities in good working condition, coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Monitor food costs and labor expenses to achieve budget targets without compromising quality or service.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing leadership and support to kitchen staff to promote morale and productivity.


The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • 4-5 years of experience in a culinary management role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.


Pay: $43,000 – $46,000/year

Type: Direct Hire


  • Day and afternoon shifts
  • 8 Hour shifts
  • Weekends and holidays availability
