General Labourers

PROSTAFF is seeking motivated General Labourers for our client in Windsor, ON. This is a full-time position that operates on a rotating continental shift. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are looking to build a long-term career in logistics and manufacturing.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform general warehouse duties including loading/unloading trucks, palletizing, staging, and material movement
• Assist with shipping and receiving, ensuring accurate documentation and handling
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for production and outbound shipments
• Operate manual and powered material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and production areas
• Support inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines, including PPE requirements
• Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns promptly
• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with material flow to and from production lines to support continuous manufacturing
• Participate in health and safety training, especially regarding lithium-ion battery materials

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics preferred (but not required)
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory handling
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow safety procedures consistently
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (days/afternoons/nights)
• Successfully pass a Criminal Background Check
