We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Representative for our client in Windsor, ON.

 

Key Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to customers, manage incoming calls, and assist with scheduling estimates.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience by ensuring each individual feels valued and supported throughout their interaction.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks such as accounts payable and bank deposits.
  • Support the team in gathering necessary information for estimates and respond to customer inquiries regarding services and pricing.
  • Communicate with insurance companies, accurately relay information, and maintain detailed records of all interactions.
  • Keep customer records, estimates, and insurance documentation organized and up to date.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or office administration.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers and insurance representatives.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to investigate issues and implement solutions efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Interest or knowledge of automotive services is considered an asset, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time – Temporary

Pay: CA$18.50 per hour
