We are currently recruiting for a Bookkeeper for our client in Windsor. This is a Full-Time position with operations on a day shift. There is the opportunity to be hired on directly with the company.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing Bank Reconciliations and Weekly Payroll Processing
  • Posting Journal Entries and preparing Trial Balance
  • Managing General Ledger Reconciliations
  • Performing Month-end Closings
  • Daily Accounting
  • Handling and assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Preparing/Completing Custom Documents, Imports & Exports
  • Government Remittances
  • Responsible for ROE’s, T-4’s
  • Record Financial Transactions
  • Assist with Job Costing
  • Prepare W.I.P.
  • Answering Phone Calls, Filing and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Reserve and Maintain Lodging Requirements as Required
  • Assist with any other tasks as discussed

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • Post-secondary education in related field
  • 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Self-Starter with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Word/Excel & Outlook
  • Familiar with ESA (Employment Standards Act)
  • Experience with Sage 300
