We are currently recruiting for a Back Office Administrator for our client in Windsor. This is a full-time position paying $20/hr. There is the opportunity to be hired on directly with the company.
The responsibilities for the Back Office Administrator will include:
- Answer phone calls and emails for the assigned team
- Processing daily trades, transfers and account changes
- GIC purchases, renewals and monthly reconciliation
- Deposit incoming cheques
- Complete daily settlement reports for mutual fund suppliers
- Issue payments to clients (Direct Deposit and cheques)
- Process Pre-Authorized Chequing and Automatic Withdrawals
- Process daily reviews for trading activity
- Transfer investments from/to other institutions
- Update non-financial information; address, beneficiary, name
Qualifications and Skills
- Post-Secondary education required
- Possesses a mutual fund license with Canadian Investment Funds Course (IFSE) or Canadian Securities Course (CSI) or working towards obtaining a mutual fund license
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Exceptional organizational skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to analyze and improve operating procedures with the Manager of Operations
Rate of Pay: $20/Hr
Shift: Monday – Friday Day Shift
