We are currently recruiting for a Back Office Administrator for our client in Windsor. This is a full-time position paying $20/hr. There is the opportunity to be hired on directly with the company.

The responsibilities for the Back Office Administrator will include:

  • Answer phone calls and emails for the assigned team
  • Processing daily trades, transfers and account changes
  • GIC purchases, renewals and monthly reconciliation
  • Deposit incoming cheques
  • Complete daily settlement reports for mutual fund suppliers
  • Issue payments to clients (Direct Deposit and cheques)
  • Process Pre-Authorized Chequing and Automatic Withdrawals
  • Process daily reviews for trading activity
  • Transfer investments from/to other institutions
  • Update non-financial information; address, beneficiary, name

Qualifications and Skills

  • Post-Secondary education required
  • Possesses a mutual fund license with Canadian Investment Funds Course (IFSE) or Canadian Securities Course (CSI) or working towards obtaining a mutual fund license
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Exceptional organizational skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to analyze and improve operating procedures with the Manager of Operations

Rate of Pay: $20/Hr 

Shift:  Monday – Friday Day Shift
