We are recruiting for an Administrative Officer for our client in Essex, ON. This is a temporary FULL-TIME position, that operates on a straight day from 8:30am-4:30pm.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing, organizing, and storing information in paper and digital form.
  • Performing data entry tasks with a strong emphasis on accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets and databases.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • 1-2 years of marketing or administration experience
  • Diploma in Administration, marketing or equivalent is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must have own transportation and insurance as commuting is required
  • Valid G driver’s license and access to a vehicle daily is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Experience working as part of a team

Pay: $24.19

Type: Contract until December 2024

Hours: Full-time

Shift: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm
