We are recruiting for an Administrative Officer for our client in Essex, ON. This is a temporary FULL-TIME position, that operates on a straight day from 8:30am-4:30pm.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing, organizing, and storing information in paper and digital form.
- Performing data entry tasks with a strong emphasis on accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets and databases.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Other tasks as assigned.
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
- 1-2 years of marketing or administration experience
- Diploma in Administration, marketing or equivalent is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must have own transportation and insurance as commuting is required
- Valid G driver’s license and access to a vehicle daily is required
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience working as part of a team
Pay: $24.19
Type: Contract until December 2024

Shift: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm
