We are currently recruiting full- and part-time Sales Associate for our client in Windsor. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to recommend appropriate products/services.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
