We are currently recruiting for Salaried Assistant Managers for a Quick service restaurant in North Bay.
We are looking for motivated people to join a growing team. You would be working within a reputable restaurant chain to help operations, meeting guest standards and proving great service. In this role you would be assisting with daily restaurant operations as well as some administrative responsibilities.
Candidates must have an open availability and be able to work 42+hrs/week. This role would pay $42,000+ Benefits, generous bonus program and many other perks
Responsibilities
Manage day to day restaurant operations of ensuring standards for food quality, restaurant cleanliness and customer service are met.
Train/mentor/coach employees in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare food and serve guests.
Other duties may include one or more of the following:
- Estimate and order ingredients and operating supplies
- Managing food cost and controls
- Recruitment and hiring of restaurant employees
- People programs related to hiring, retention and policy compliance
- Technology oversight/administration
- Guest satisfaction
Experience
- Gr 12 education
- Post-secondary education an asset
- Experience in a Quick Service Restaurant
- Administrative experience an asset
Pay Rate: $42,000 + Benefits, Bonus and other perks
