We are currently recruiting an Acquisition Director for a progressive Real Estate Company in Windsor. This is a FULL-TIME position and would be a direct hire with the company.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform a high-level analysis on real estate transactions to determine profitability
- Get offers accepted by creating “’win-win” situations with agents and homeowners over the phone and email
- Work directly with homeowners and real estate agents, assess deals off-market and from the MLS, and determine if homes should be purchased
- Network, self-generate marketing and build local contacts to learn about pocket listings
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of recent phone sales experience, preferably in Real Estate Acquisition
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone
- Attention to detail, overcoming objections, stress management
- Charismatic with an outgoing personality
- The ability to listen, answer questions and create solutions to difficult situations
- Strong follow up skills with potential property owners
- Self-motivation and a strong personal drive
- Desire to learn, follow and improve a proven real estate system
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Real Estate License is a plus
Rate of Pay: $37/hour + potential benefits
