We are currently seeking General Labourers to join our clients manufacturing team. This role involves working on various tasks across the shop floor, including packing parts, assisting with weld assembly jobs, and operating presses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pack and prepare parts for shipment or further processing
- Assist in weld assembly operations
- Operate press machines safely and efficiently
- Perform general labour tasks as assigned on the shop floor
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures
- Work independently and collaboratively with team members
- Adapt to different tasks and workstations throughout the shift
Requirements:
- Grade 12 diploma is required
- Ability to lift, stand, and walk for the duration of the shift
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Must be available to work 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
- Must be available for all rotating shifts
- Welding experience is considered an asset, but is not required.
Pay: $18/hour
Shifts: Rotating shifts – Day and midnight shifts
Type: Temp-to-Perm
