We’re looking for reliable and detail-oriented Production Technicians to join our team in a fast-paced agricultural environment. You’ll help with seed processing, treatment, packaging, and general plant upkeep—keeping operations running smoothly across all seasons.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate equipment and machinery safely
- Bag, tag, and palletize seed; maintain inventory records
- Assist with seasonal harvest, packaging, and cleanup tasks
- Make nightly ATM deposits and transfer funds as required
- Support general plant upkeep and safety compliance
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork
- Comfortable with data entry and following safety protocols
- Forklift experience and Lone Wolf Back Office knowledge are a plus
Schedule:
- Continental 12-hour shift rotation (days/nights) or some 8-hour shifts
PPE: Steel-toed boots required; other gear provided
Location: Chatham, ON
Start Date: October 20, 2025 – March 28, 2026
Pay: $21–$24/hour depending on shift
