We are currently recruiting for a Service Coordinator for a local HVAC Contractor in Windsor, ON. This is a full-time position that operations Monday to Friday 7:30am – 5pm.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Customer service representative regarding HVAC calls and periodically for other departments as required
- Assist in answering main line phones
- Generate work orders when dispatching HVAC technicians
- Processing completed work orders and timesheets
- Processing warranty claims
- Maintain on call schedule
- Assist in preparation of quotes/proposals for customers
- Assist in promoting HVAC maintenance proposals
- Other service duties as required
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Service and/or mechanically experience or knowledge is required
- Thorough knowledge of typical office procedure, including data entry, electronic/manual records management file systems, customer service, communication, teamwork, initiative, accountability, flexibility, and adaptability
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Organized and can manage several items concurrently, with an emphasis on determining priorities and organizing activities of a diverse work assignment
- Attention to detail to ensure data entry accuracy and quality of work
- Demonstrated ability to research/investigate issues and utilize decision-making skills to resolve problems and escalate when required
Pay: $20/hour
Shift: M-F 7:30am – 5pm
