We are currently recruiting for a Service Coordinator for a local HVAC Contractor in Windsor, ON. This is a full-time position that operations Monday to Friday 7:30am – 5pm.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Customer service representative regarding HVAC calls and periodically for other departments as required
  • Assist in answering main line phones
  • Generate work orders when dispatching HVAC technicians
  • Processing completed work orders and timesheets
  • Processing warranty claims
  • Maintain on call schedule
  • Assist in preparation of quotes/proposals for customers
  • Assist in promoting HVAC maintenance proposals
  • Other service duties as required


The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Service and/or mechanically experience or knowledge is required
  • Thorough knowledge of typical office procedure, including data entry, electronic/manual records management file systems, customer service, communication, teamwork, initiative, accountability, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Organized and can manage several items concurrently, with an emphasis on determining priorities and organizing activities of a diverse work assignment
  • Attention to detail to ensure data entry accuracy and quality of work
  • Demonstrated ability to research/investigate issues and utilize decision-making skills to resolve problems and escalate when required



Pay: $20/hour

Shift: M-F 7:30am – 5pm
