We are currently recruiting for Production Labourers for our client in Lakeshore. This is a FULL-TIME Temp-Perm. Employees must be able to work all 3 shifts (Days, Afternoons, Midnights)
Employees will start as helpers to the experienced Fabricators and learn the trade through hands-on job shadowing. Responsibilities will vary depending on each project but can range from crating and uncrating windows, moving material around shop floor and sealing windows.
Graduates and final year students from the following programs are highly encouraged to apply: Construction Engineering Technician, Civil Engineering Technician, Manufacturing Engineering Technician.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and abilities:
- Must have previous manufacturing experience. Experience in construction, roofing, CNC or S&R considered a strong asset.
- Extensive use of hand tools and measuring tape experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Eager to learn and ability to pick up new tasks with ease
- Excellent attention to detail
- Completion of grade 12 education
- Must have transportation as public transit is not available
Pay: $19.46 – $20.46 / Hour
