We are currently recruiting for Production Associates for our client in manufacturing with locations throughout Windsor. These are full-time positions with the chance to be hired on with the company. Shifts currently available are a Days/Afternoons rotation and/or steady midnights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment following safety and quality standards
- Assist in assembly, packaging, and inspection of products
- Monitor production line to ensure products meet quality specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an asset but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working rotating day/afternoon shifts or steady midnight shifts
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required
- Safety shoes required (please bring your own if available)
- Transportation available or accessible via bus route
