We are currently recruiting a Part Time Restaurant Manager for a Banquet Hall in Windsor, ON. This is a full-time position. This position is a direct hire with the company.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee daily operations in the members’ bar and patio.
  • Ensure staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Address any staffing issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during operating hours.
  • Approve and adjust scheduling changes as needed.
  • Train new hires on service standards, company policies, and operational procedures.
  • Provide ongoing training and development for existing staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring members have a positive dining experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a banquet hall or upscale catering environment.
  • Previous experience in a managerial role within a restaurant or similar setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a food service environment.
