We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator for our client in Windsor, ON. This is a full-time, contract position that operates on a day shift.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Open and secure the office daily
  • Retrieve calls from the answering service each morning
  • Forward calls back to the answering service at the end of the day
  • Answer incoming calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to appropriate agents
  • Monitor and respond to emails throughout the day
  • Print new listings and offers received via email
  • Ensure all new listings and updates are complete before submission to the Real Estate Board Office
  • Upload listing photos to MLS as they become available
  • Prepare and send Firm Sales documentation to lawyers
  • Report Firm Sales to the Real Estate Board Office
  • Issue receipts for any deposits received
  • Create Open House flyers as needed

 

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • Previous administrative or office experience required
  • Diploma in Office Administration or a related field is required
  • Familiarity with real estate processes is a plus
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with email, printing, and basic computer tasks

 

Pay: $21

Shift: 9am to 5pm

Type: Contract – 1.5 weeks

Start Date: October 1st , 2025
