We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator for our client in Windsor, ON. This is a full-time, contract position that operates on a day shift.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Open and secure the office daily
- Retrieve calls from the answering service each morning
- Forward calls back to the answering service at the end of the day
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to appropriate agents
- Monitor and respond to emails throughout the day
- Print new listings and offers received via email
- Ensure all new listings and updates are complete before submission to the Real Estate Board Office
- Upload listing photos to MLS as they become available
- Prepare and send Firm Sales documentation to lawyers
- Report Firm Sales to the Real Estate Board Office
- Issue receipts for any deposits received
- Create Open House flyers as needed
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
- Previous administrative or office experience required
- Diploma in Office Administration or a related field is required
- Familiarity with real estate processes is a plus
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with email, printing, and basic computer tasks
Pay: $21
Shift: 9am to 5pm
Type: Contract – 1.5 weeks
Start Date: October 1st , 2025
