Are you organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced logistics environment? PROSTAFF is looking for a Linker Building Administrator to support one of our clients! In this role, you will act as the key coordinator at the Linker Gate, managing the flow of trucks entering and leaving the facility. You’ll ensure paperwork is accurate, trucks are weighed correctly, and operations run efficiently while communicating with drivers and warehouse teams. This position is vital for keeping production and logistics running smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and review truck documentation, ensuring all information is accurate before entry or departure.
- Enter data and maintain records in Excel spreadsheets with precision.
- Weigh trucks using designated equipment and ensure all weights are logged correctly.
- Communicate and coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and other teams to manage truck movements efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain safety procedures at the Linker Gate.
- Assist with troubleshooting minor operational issues and report concerns promptly.
- Multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Safety-conscious and able to operate weighing equipment responsibly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.65/hour
Ability to commute/relocate: Windsor, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
