Job Description:
We are currently looking to hire a Janitor to join our team at our Windsor location. This role is ideal for someone with previous janitorial or cleaning experience who takes pride in keeping facilities clean, organized, and safe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and disinfect offices, lunchrooms, entryways, washrooms, and other areas as required
- Perform floor maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Manage garbage and recycling disposal
- Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of exterior building entrance
- Report any damage or vandalism to management
- Handle and store cleaning materials safely, following proper procedures
- Monitor inventory of supplies and notify for restocking
- Complete logbook entries and participate in required training sessions
Qualifications:
- Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols
- Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude
