Job Summary
Our client in Windsor, ON and Toronto, ON is seeking a results-driven HR Program Manager to support the launch and execution of HR generalist programs with a primary focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, wellness programs, and employee engagement. This 6-month hybrid contract role offers the opportunity to work both remotely (3 days per week) and in-office (2 days per week).
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Coordinate and launch wellness initiatives, including event planning and employee communications.
- Support VP (Harriet) in executing wellness strategies and tracking progress.
- Develop and manage the wellness dashboard and Wellbeing Resource Hub within Junction.
- Develop DEI mandates, annual plans, and programming for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
- Oversee donor requests, DEI budget management, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate quarterly meetings with ERG executive sponsors and monthly meetings with ERG co-leads.
- Lead employee engagement survey planning, including survey question adjustments and communications.
- Analyze survey data and assist with action planning for enterprise-wide improvements.
- Coordinate post-survey action plans to address employee feedback and drive engagement.
- Provide HR support across various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Assist with employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Support HR initiatives related to policy development, compliance, and employee programs.
- Manage Glassdoor reviews and employer brand reputation.
- Assist with award applications, GS Cares, and other recognition programs.
- Handle vendor relationships, contracts, and other administrative HR tasks as needed.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in HR program management, with a focus on wellness, DEI, and employee engagement.
- Proven ability to manage and execute DEI strategies and wellness programs.
- Experience working with ERGs and collaborating with senior leadership.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR management tools.
- Experience in wellness program management or employee engagement initiatives.
- Familiarity with DEI metrics and tracking systems.
- Experience managing Glassdoor or other employer review platforms.

Pay: $52.88-$57.69 per hour
