We are seeking dedicated and hardworking General Labourers to join our team in Kingsville, ON. This role is critical to maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant cannabis production facility.
Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness in production and non-production areas including lunchrooms, bathrooms, offices, and common spaces

Sanitize cannabis-present areas and processing equipment
-
Operate cleaning equipment such as crate washers, trolley washers, and tool/utensil wash stations
-
Accurately document daily and weekly sanitation tasks in accordance with SOPs
-
Ensure washroom and gowning areas are well-stocked with supplies and PPE
-
Report non-compliance concerns to supervisory staff

Perform assigned cleaning duties independently and on schedule
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is considered an asset

WHMIS certification required (or willingness to obtain)

Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently

Oral and written communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching
