We are currently hiring General Labourers for full-time and part-time positions within a busy manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role suited for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting and be available for all shifts, including days, afternoons, and nights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of tasks on the production floor, including machine operation, packaging, sorting, assembly, and quality checks
- Safely operate tools and equipment as required
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading materials and products
- Accurately complete basic documentation and reporting as needed
- Support team leads and other departments as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or general labour role is required
- Must be physically able to lift up to 30 lbs on a regular basis
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite is essential (not transit accessible)
- Availability to work all shifts, including days, afternoons, and overnights
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
Assets (Not Required but Preferred):
- Forklift certification or other relevant training
- Experience with production line machinery or hand tools
- Basic computer/data entry skills
