We are currently recruiting a Technical Client Relations Coordinator for our client in Windsor, ON. This is a Temp to Perm position that operates on a straight day shift.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing technical support related to automotive electrical systems.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product availability.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues by collaborating with internal teams and providing effective solutions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively assist customers.
  • Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project deliverables are met within the established timeline and budget.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and sales teams to align project goals and deliverables with customer expectations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and project plans.
  • Provide technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to automotive electrical systems.
  • Assist in the development and testing of new products, offering insights based on customer feedback and technical knowledge.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive electrical systems to provide informed support to customers.

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • Proven experience in customer service, project coordination, or a related role within the automotive or electrical industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of automotive electrical systems and components.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • English with preferential treatment for Korean language

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification or formal training in automotive electrical systems.
  • Experience with Automotive OEM’s

Pay: $23 – $26 per hour

Type: Full time, Temp to Perm

Shift: Day, Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm
