We are currently recruiting Customer Service Coordinator for our client in Windsor. This is a Full Time, Direct Hire position that operations on either a 8am-5pm shift or 10am-7pm shift

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Be the point of contact for all customers
  • Maintains accurate and timely handling of all orders and customer documents
  • Oversees the electronic submission and receival of customer requirements
  • Performs other duties or special projects to support department and other personnel
  • Assists with any additional duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • Post-Secondary Education
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Experience in Automotive industry is an asset
  • Ability to conduct presentation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Lotus and Epicor

Pay: $42,000

Shift:  8am- 5pm OR 10am-7pm

Type:  Full Time Direct Hire
