We are currently recruiting Customer Service Coordinator for our client in Windsor. This is a Full Time, Direct Hire position that operations on either a 8am-5pm shift or 10am-7pm shift
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Be the point of contact for all customers
- Maintains accurate and timely handling of all orders and customer documents
- Oversees the electronic submission and receival of customer requirements
- Performs other duties or special projects to support department and other personnel
- Assists with any additional duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
- Post-Secondary Education
- 2+ years of related experience
- Experience in Automotive industry is an asset
- Ability to conduct presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Lotus and Epicor
Pay: $42,000
Shift: 8am- 5pm OR 10am-7pm
