We are currently recruiting for a Client Associate for our client in Windsor, ON. This is a full-time position that operates on a straight day shift.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Answer all incoming calls, mail, faxes, and emails in a timely, professional manner
• Greet and welcome clients when they arrive
• De-escalate problems/client service issues and bring to the attention of other team members
• Order office supplies
• Provide weekly team meeting agenda to all team members and attend meetings
• Maintain comprehensive communication records using contact management system (CRM)
• Schedule client meetings and assist with basic client review meeting preparation
• Coordination of sending holiday/birthday/other milestone greetings, acknowledgments, and gift to clients
• Manage and maintain procedures manual, as well as team and client tools (Excel, Word, PP)
• Responsible for ensuring client profiles and updates are completed
• Assist with onboarding processes of new clients
• Update client list and client analysis worksheets semi-annually
• Oversee and coordinate detailed tracking of fee & revenue tracking, expensive processing, and IA business expense tracking
• Provide various business reporting as required by the Financial Advisor for review
• Manage Account Openings, all aspects of Account Transfers and initial set up and implementation for systematic account programs: Pre-Authorized Chequing, Systematic Investment Plan, & Systematic Withdrawal Plan
• Respond to and follow up with all cheque and wire requests and then notify clients
• Assist Financial Advisor to coordinate action required for minimum distributions, conversions, and acquisitions

The successful candidate will have the following experience:
• Minimum of 2 years in administration with focus in finance
• Diploma or equivalent in related field would be considered an asset
• High school diploma is a requirement
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills would be considered a requirement

Pay: $43,000 – $47,000/years
Shift: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Hours: 40 hours (flexible)
