CAD Drafter

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled CAD Drafter to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings and schematics using a variety of CAD software. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative construction and engineering projects, supporting the development of detailed plans that meet client specifications and industry standards. The CAD Drafter will collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accurate and efficient design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software such as AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
• Create schematics, technical diagrams, and construction plans aligned with project requirements.
• Interpret engineering sketches, blueprints, and technical specifications to produce accurate drafting outputs.
• Collaborate with project teams to review designs and incorporate necessary modifications or improvements.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and company guidelines.
• Maintain organized digital files of all drawings and revisions for easy access and version control.
• Assist in developing visual presentations including 2D animations when required for project proposals or client meetings.

Experience

• Proven experience in CAD drafting within construction, civil engineering, or related fields preferred.
• Proficiency with CAD software including AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
• Strong understanding of schematics, technical drafting principles, and construction documentation standards.
• Experience working on large-scale projects involving civil or structural design is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex technical information accurately.
