We are currently recruiting for a Back Office Administrator for our client in Windsor. This is a full-time position that operates on a straight day shift. There is the opportunity to be hired on directly with the company after a probationary period is completed.

The responsibilities for the Back Office Administrator will include:

  • Answer phone calls and emails for the assigned team
  • Deposit incoming cheques
  • Issue payments to clients (Direct Deposit and cheques)
  • Process Pre-Authorized Chequing and Automatic Withdrawals

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Post-Secondary education required
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Exceptional organizational skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to analyze and improve operating procedures with the Manager of Operations

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
