We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for our client in Windsor, ON. This is FULL-TIME position that operates on a day shift. The potential candidate as the opportunity to get hired on with the company.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer and screen incoming calls to provide information and direct calls to appropriate staff
  • Provide administrative support to all areas of the organization
  • Maintained an organized environment
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings as required
  • Production of high-quality documents and written materials to support projects and initiatives within a variety of functional areas.
  • Data Entry
  • Other tasks as assigned

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of related experience
  • Experience in a legal background considered an asset
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently or with little supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office

Pay: $20-25/hr
