We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for our client in the Windsor Area. This is a full time position working 9am-5pm. There is the opportunity to be hired on directly with the company. Pay rate is $20/hr
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answer and screen incoming calls to provide information and direct calls to appropriate staff
- Provide administrative support to all areas of the organization
- Maintained an Organized environment
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings as required
- Production of high-quality documents and written materials to support projects and initiatives within a variety of functional areas.
- Other tasks as assigned
The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of related experience
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently or with little supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Construction industry is an asset
Pay Rate: $20/hr
