We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for our client in Windsor. This is a FULL-TIME position that operates on a steady DAY shift.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM automotive clients regarding technical inquiries on electrical components.
  • Provide detailed support related to product specifications, functionality, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing plant to ensure clear communication regarding product shipments, specifications, and any potential technical issues.
  • Manage incoming inquiries related to product quality, compatibility, and installation, offering prompt resolutions.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to monitor the distribution process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of components to OEM plants.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to internal engineering teams, ensuring swift and accurate resolutions.
  • Communicate product changes, updates, or delays to OEM clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, including technical issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
  • Provide support to internal teams by relaying customer feedback and identifying recurring issues that may require further investigation or improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and company protocols for product distribution and customer service.
  • Occasionally interface with the manufacturing plant outside of regular hours due to time zone differences.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Familiarity with OEM automotive production processes and supply chains.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, logistics, and manufacturing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (engineering, automotive technology, or similar) or equivalent work experience considered an asset.
  • Occasional after-hours communication with the plant may be required.

Pay: $22.00/hr

Shift: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm. Occasional after hours communication with the plant may be required.
