We are currently recruiting Receptionist for our client in Windsor. This is a temporary position with an undefined end date. This role operates on a Day shift.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Answer phones and taking messages for up to 5 lines
  • Greet walk in customers direct them to available sales staff.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Type miscellaneous correspondence for sales/office staff.
  • Take payments and gather invoices
  • Maintain a clean and organized desk space
  • Able to lift up to 20 lbs

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • Experience working in fast-paced environment
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • 1 year of receptionist or retail experience would be considered am asset
  • Great customer service skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft programs

Pay: $17/Hr

Shift:  Day Shift  8:30am-5:00pm (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (Tuesday, Sunday OFF)
